Cyclopam Tablet is a combination of two medicines: dicyclomine and paracetamol, which relieves abdominal pain and cramps. Dicyclomine is an anti-cholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain.
The dose of the medicine taken should be strictly on the basis of prescription given by a doctor. The usual dosage prescribed is up to 80 mg in total for a day, which should be taken in 4 parts. It should be consumed 1 hour before a meal. The dosage of the medicine give to children should be strictly according to the doctor’s prescription.
The tablet may cause blurry vision.
