Amzart is a combination medication that contains two active ingredients: losartan and amlodipine. Losartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker. Both medicines are used to lower blood pressure in people with hypertension (high blood pressure).
